They say that buying and selling a house is one of life’s major stress inducers. Thomas and I undertook this endeavor alongside graduating from school, searching for a job and getting married. Despite all of the activity in our lives that summer, Diane made the home-selling and buying experience enjoyable. Needless to say, she sold our condo and helped us find our first dream house, but she did it in a patient, energetic, creative and fun manner. While we’re still content in our home, we’re looking forward to having Diane help us find our next dream home.

Diane has this way of making the entire process of buying a new home painless. Going into our first home, we were scared to death but she knew exactly what we were looking for. That process was so grueling, because buying a first home is hard, knowing what you do and don¹t need. She was there to help us weed that out.
We made such a great investment on our first home we were able to buy a second one with her 2 1/2 years later. We knew that our first home wasn¹t our "forever home" and she was able to take everything, including that, into consideration. We know our success in our first investment has a lot to do with her knowledge of the current market and trends in Seattle.
Our second home was an even bigger scare to us. We were putting almost all of our eggs into the basket and the process was much more precise. I think we looked for almost 6 months, house after house, changing what we did and did not like. Diane was there the entire way, pointing out good things and bad in each place we looked at. After those long 6 months of looking we found THE perfect house to fit our needs in every way.
